This flat is five minutes from "the wall", and 10 minutes to the nearest Tegut and Kaufland. There is a coffee shop around the corner, a pharmacy, the Neues Rathaus, and multiple ice cream shops. It's less than 10 minutes to the nearest bank, bike shop, and a main bus stop. There is a smaller bus stop just 2 minutes away. The train station is about a 15-20 minute walk.

We are looking to rent this flat fully furnished for about a year. We are flexible in terms of how many months we will rent and we are also open to a longer term rental, as long as we can work out the details together. You may use our washer and dryer, our bikes and stroller. We have also lots of toys and equipment for kids; if you'd like to use this, just ask and we'll leave it for you. If not, we'll store it away. We use this flat as a 3 bedroom, however it could be a 2 bedroom with private office, or a 4 bedroom (in addition to the huge living room). Included in the nebenkosten are all of the costs associated with living here: gas, electricity, water, trash, yard care, renter's insurance, internet, phone, tv and rundfunk. You simply move in, and everything is ready for you!
