Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche, helle, grüne Altbauwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit offenem Wohn-Essbereich mit Einbauküche, tollem Badezimmer und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer. Vor der Wohnung gibt es Platz für Pflanzen und eine Bank, außerdem gibt es einen großen Garten mit Terrasse, den sich die Nachbarn teilen. Besonders für Menschen mit grünem Daumen ist diese Wohnung ein Highlight!
Die Lage ist perfekt, Innenstadt, Kaufland und Wochenmarkt ist alles 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
