The apartment is in a very central location, just a few minutes walk to the bus stations, groceries, bakeries and other shopping facilities including a farmer market. The building has a small internal garden and a bike storage. Few coffee shops are just around the corner, as well as small galleries and thrift stores. Only 10 minutes walk to a central campus!
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, kitchen table, refrigerator; the bathroom is renovated and equipped with a washing machine (included in other costs). The apartment originally is unfurnished, but some furniture can be sold by request.
A very central location! There are many bars and restaurants within only few minutes walk from the house. Central campus is very close, as well as all city center facilities.
