Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem netten Nachmieter für mein Wohnung. Mein Doktorand ist abgeslossen und ich muss umziehen. Es gibt 2 Zimmer : 1. Zimmer ist etwa 16 qm groß und hat zwei Fenster. Die 2. Zimmer hat 24 qm und had 4 Fenster, es ist super helles. Zu der Wohnung gehören außerdem eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essecke. Die Gesamtfläche beträgt 77 qm.

I am looking for a new tenant for my fabulous apartment. There are 2 bedrooms: one is 16 m2 and has 2 big windows. The second one has 24 m2, it is super bright. There is a kitchen with a small living room. The total area is 77 m2.
Beste, zentrale Innenstadtlage! Sobald du aus der Tür der Wohnung kommst bist du direkt am Nabel. Rewe, Cron&Lanz, DM, Carré, Tegut, Gänseliesel, etc... alles gleich um die Ecke. Zum Zentralcampus sind es zu Fuß ca. 700 Meter, ca. 4 km zur Norduni und ca.3 km zum Klinikum. Alles locker mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, ansonsten ist die Bushaltestelle Weender Straße Ost nur 300m. Für jeden Studenten also optimal!

The best downtown location! Rewe, Cron&Lanz, DM, Carré, Tegut, Gänseliesel, etc... all just around the corner. The central Campus is around 700 meters and you can reach it by foot. The Nordcampus and Klinikum are around 10-15 min by bike. Everything is easily accessible by bike, otherwise, the Weender Straße Ost bus stop is only 300 m away.
Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Wenn du die Wohnung beziehen möchtest, muss du auch die aktuellen Möbel kaufen: Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Sofa, Tisch, usw. Bei Interesse würde ich mich freuen, wenn du dich bei mir meldest!
