Wir ziehen aus unserer 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Ostviertel aus. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar oder eine einzelne Person.
Sie hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer von ca. 9 qm, ein Wohnzimmer, das durch eine Halbwand in zwei Abschnitte von je ca. 12 qm unterteilt ist. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht für eine WG geeignet, da der Eingang zum Schlafzimmer durch das Wohnzimmer geht.
Die Küche verfügt über Einbau-Arbeitsplatten, Schränke und einen Ofen. Wir beabsichtigen, den Geschirrspüler und den Kühlschrank zu verkaufen (200€ VB).
Es gibt auch einen gemeinsamen Keller, in dem sich die Waschmaschine befindet. Wir würden auch den Verkauf der Waschmaschine anbieten (100€).
Ein Bikeport steht am Eingang des Gebäudes zur Verfügung.

We're moving out of our 2.5 room flat in Ostviertel. The flat is perfect for a pair or a single person.
It has one small bedroom ~9sqm, one living room that is separated by a half-wall into two sections of ~12sqm each. Unfortunately, the flat is not suitable for a WG because the entrance to the bedroom goes through the living room.
The kitchen includes fitted countertops, cupboards and an oven. We are intending to sell the dishwasher and the fridge (200€ VB).
There is also a common cellar where the washing machine is located. We would also offer to sell the washing machine (100€)
A bikeport is available at the entrance of the building.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, sie ist zentral und doch außerhalb der Stadt. Das Neihgborhood ist sehr ruhig. Die nahegelegenen Bushaltestellen sind sehr nahe, drei Bushaltestellen sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zentralcampus ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke befinden sich ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung; ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

The location of the flat is excellent, it is central yet is out of the crowd of the city. The neihgborhood is very quiet. The nearby bus stops are very close, three bus stops are reachable within 3 minutes of walk.
The central campus is 7 mins on foot.
There is a bakery and a pharmacy quite close to the flat; a supermarket is also reachable by few minutes of walking.
Sonstige Kosten beinhalten Strom und Internet.
Aufgrund der sozialen Distanzierungsmaßnahmen können wir eine Videotour durch die Wohnung anbieten. Selbstverständlich können Sie die Wohnung bei Interesse auch nachträglich besichtigen.
