Sie befindet sich innerhalb des Walls und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen, so dass man auf dem Balkon die Vögel zwitschern hören kann.
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Einbauküche wie auch ein Einbauschrank im Flur, der praktisch zum verstauen von Allerlei ist.
Das Bad wie auch die Küche sind älterenn Semesters....aber voll funktionstüchtig.
Spülmaschine kann für 50€ übernommen werden, evt. auch die Waschmaschine.
Der Vermieter sucht solvente Nachmieter, ggf. mit Bürgschaft durch z.b. die Eltern.
