Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines mit Studenten bewohnten sanierten Altbau. Sie hat 2 Zimmer + Küche + Bad. Beide Zimmer sind etwa 16qm groß und sehr hell.
Die Küche, auch mit Zugang zum Balkon, hat eine moderne Einbauküche. Von ihr gehen auch Bad und Zimmer ab.
Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche und alles was sonst so üblich ist und natürlich der Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht übermäßig groß, aber trotzdem sehr geräumig.
Die Wohnung liegt in bester Innenstadtlage. Die Jüdenstraße ist die Parallelstraße zur Weender Straße, Göttingens Einkaufsstraße Nr.1. Somit sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Aber was die meisten Studenten wohl interessiert:
zur Uni: weniger als 5min zu fuß
zur Alpe: 4min
zum Voy: 7min
Dies ist aber nicht nur eine super Studentenbude, sondern auch eine super Wohnung für Paare.
