Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer.
Das erste 12m^2 große Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster zur Sonnenseite. Diese sind nicht zur Straßenseite wodurch es ruhiger ist. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers enthält einen Glasschreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen Wandmonitor, einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein 1,40 Bett, einen Fernseher, eine Stereoanlage und noch einige kleinere Sachen.
Der Schrank bietet viel Stauraum und hat neben Platz für Klamotten auch ausreichend Platz für andere Sachen.
Das zweite 16 m^2 große Zimmer ist ein helles Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern zur Straßenseite.
Es ist möbliert mit den Möbeln die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind. (Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, kleiner Tisch, 1.40 m Bett, Sofa, Schrank)
Zusätzlich kannst du auch einen großen Bildschirm, einen Wäscheständer, sowie Musikboxen nutzen.
Das Zimmer ist bei uns auch meisten das Wohnzimmer zum Treffen mit Freunden und bietet dafür genug Platz.
Eine Pflanze (auf den Bildern) kann nach Absprache im Zimmer bleiben.
In der Küche sind alle Geräte und Gegenstände, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, vorhanden.(Darunter Mikrowelle und kleiner Ofen)

The apartment has two rooms.
The first room is 12m^2 big and has two big windows which face the sunny side of the house. These are faced towards an inner courtyard which makes the room quieter. The room has a desk with chair, a computer monitor on the wall, a tall wardrobe, a 1.4m bed, a TV with sound system.
The Wardrobe has enough space for all your clothes and any other things you might need to store.
The second room of 16 m^2 is bright with two windows faced to the street.
It is furnished with the furniture seen in the pictures. (Desk, deskchair, small table, 1.40 m bed, sofa and closet)
Additionally can the computerscreen, a clothes horse and soundbars be used. Since this room has enough space to be used as a living room for evenings with friends.
The plant can be there if you want.
In the kitchen there are the things shown in the pictures. (Especially a microwave and oven)

Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann und Alnatura, welche in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Die nächste Bushaltestellen sind der Kornmarkt, welcher innerhalb von einer Minute erreichbar ist und die Jüdenstraße, welche in 3 min erreichbar ist. Mit diesen beiden Haltestellen hat man Anbindung an fast alle Buslinien.
Obwohl die Wohnung in der Innenstadt liegt, ist der Cheltenhampark in unter 5 min erreichbar. Von der Wohnung ist es kein Problem zum Zentralcampus, sowie zu vielen Bars (komplette Innenstadt) zu Fuß zu gehen.

The flat has great opportunities for grocery shopping such as Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann and Alnatura which are all reached in just 2 minutes by feet. Also there is the weekly farmers market just 1 minute away.
The next bus station is Kornmarkt and is less than a minute away. More or less 3 Minutes away you can find the bus station Jüdenstraße. Nearly every bus line drives through one of these two stations.
Even though the flat is in the middle of the city there is the so called Cheltenham Park just 5 minutes away. It is also no problem to go to the central campus, and also to nearly all the bars, by feet.

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine WG (aktuell wohne ich auch in einer zweier WG darin).
Ich und mein Mitbewohner gehen von September 2021 bis Februar 2022 ins Ausland und daher suchen wir Untermieter für diesen Zeitraum.
Wir würden zwar den angegebenen Zeitraum bevorzugen aber es ist auch möglich, dass du oder ihr später einzieht oder auch bis zum Ende März in der Wohnung bleibt.
Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Hof, wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.
WLAN ist vorhanden und auch schon in den Nebenkosten verrechnet.
Beide Zimmer sind auch einzeln zu vermieten, dann kümmere ich mich, bzw. wir uns um deinen Mitbewohner.

The apartement is optimal to be shared as a flat.
Since me and my flatmate will both be abroad there is also the possibility to rent the whole flat or to move in with a friend. Hence we are searching for subtenants.
Even though we would prefer the given time it is possible for you to move in later on and/or stay until end of March.
There is an inner courtyard where you can put your bike.
WiFi is available and already in the price.
