The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has also an internal garage with bike spot, an attic with a storage room and a cellar. The apartment is quite new, it is currently furnished with a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, and a gas stove. While the gas stove goes with the flat, I bought the washing machine (2 years old), and the fridge+freezer (used) which I'd like to sell to the next tenant. All the fornitures in the pictures will be removed except the ones bought from the next tenant.
VERY IMPORTANT: the next tenant should provide a proof of a steady income: ideally, it can be the monthly salary or the monthly salary of the parents. Unfortunately, the agency does not accept tenants without a steady income.
The apartment it is very close to the city center. It is located in Untere-masch-strasse 21: 3 minutes far from the train station, and 3 minutes far from Tegut. There is a garage with a spot for bikes and it is easy to find parking spot in the street.
