Da ich ausziehe, ist die Wohnung zu vermieten. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die Einbauküche ist bereits vorhanden und gehört dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 1 oder 2 Personen. Sie ist jedoch nicht als WG geeignet. Außerdem ist die Decke nur etwa 2 Meter hoch. Die Wohnung ist also für Personen, die größer als 1m80 sind, nicht zu empfehlen.
Ich möchte einen Teil meiner Möbel verkaufen, z.B. Bett, Kühlschrank, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und so weiter. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie sie übernehmen könnten. Der Preis ist verhandelbar.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar, entweder per E-Mail oder Telefon.

Since I'm moving out, the flat is available for rent. The flat has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The fitted kitchen is already there and belongs to the landlord. The flat is big enough for 1 or 2 people. However, it is not appropriate as a share flat. Besides, the ceiling is only around 2 meters high. So, the flat is not recommended for people who are higher than 1m80.
I want to sell some of my furniture, e.g., bed, fridge, wardrobe, desk, and so on. It would be nice if you could take them over. The price is negotiable.
The landlord is very kind and always reachable, either via email or telephone.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum, neben dem Wilhelmplatz, was sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Umgebung, die man schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Die Lage ist auch hinsichtlich der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel perfekt. Sie können an der Jüdenstraße, am Markt oder an jeder Bushaltestelle in fast jeden Bus einsteigen, die in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Obwohl es direkt am Wilhelmplatz liegt, ist es sehr ruhig, da alle Fenster zum Innengarten gerichtet sind.

The location is also perfect with the public transport. You can jump on almost any bus at Jüdenstraße, Markt, or any bus stop, which are reachable within only 5 minutes on foot.
Although it is next to the Wilhelmplatz, it is very quiet, since all windows are facing to the inner garden.
