Ich biete eine schöne und sehr zentrale Wohnung. Die Wohnung besitzt eine schöne Einbauküche. Im Bad befindet sich eine große Badewanne und es gibt genügend Platz zum Aufstellen einer Waschmaschine. Ein extra Trockenraum für Ihre Wäsche steht zur Verfügung. In der Wohnung liegt Laminatboden und Fliesen. Die Wohnung kann sehr gut als WG-Wohnung genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in der Göttinger Innenstadt. Die direkt vor dem Haus liegende Bushaltestelle verbindet mit allen wichtigen Zielen wie beispielsweise dem Bahnhof und der Universität. Aber auch mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Friseure und Bars.
Anwohnerparken ist in den angrenzenden Straßen, beispielsweise im Papendiek, mit Parkausweis der Stadt Göttingen möglich.
