Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, 2 davon wurden bisher als Schlafzimmer genutzt und eins als Wohnzimmer - kann aber auch geändert werden :)
Zu der Wohnung gehören außerdem eine moderne Küche und Tageslicht Bad. Die Wohnung wird möbliert übergeben. Teller, Töpfe, Besteck etc. bleiben ebenfalls bei Bedarf in der Küche.
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller und können gerne genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine 2er- oder 3er-WG.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms, 2 of which were previously used as bedrooms and one as a living room - but can also be changed :)
The apartment also includes a modern kitchen and daylight bathroom. The apartment will be delivered furnished. Plates, pots, cutlery etc. also remain in the kitchen if needed.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
The apartment is well suited for a 2-person or 3-person shared apartment.
Die Wohnung (Innenstadt) hat eine top Lage: Cafés, Läden, Bars, Restaurants (…) sind alle innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man ist schnell in der Uni und nach einem langen Kneipenabend hat man den wahrscheinlich kürzesten Heimweg.
Den Bahnhof erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 Minuten. Es befinden sich außerdem mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, alle in weniger als 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich übrigens im Innenhof, wodurch es sehr ruhig und sicher ist.

The apartment (downtown) has a top location: cafes, stores, bars, restaurants (...) are all within about 5 minutes walk. You can quickly get to the university and after a long pub night you probably have the shortest way home.
The train station can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. There are also several bus stops nearby, all within less than 3 minutes walking distance.
By the way, the apartment is located in the backyard, which makes it very quiet and safe.
Es gibt einen Raum für Fahrräder. Im Haus wohnen außerdem 2 weitere WGs.
