Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß und durch seine Südausrichtung hell. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet und bietet ausreichend Platz für alles, was Sie brauchen.
Ein großer Vorteil der WG ist das große Wohn- und Esszimmer, das wir uns zu zweit teilen. So haben Sie nicht nur Ihr eigenes Zimmer als Wohnraum, sondern auch das Wohnzimmer.

Since I am unfortunately moving out immediately, and my room is the free room in our beautiful two-person flat share will be free.
The room is 20 m2 in size and is bright due to its south-facing orientation. The room is rented fully furnished and offers enough space for everything you need.

Die WG liegt zentrumsnah und somit in idealer Lage. Sie erreichen den zentralen Campus in 10 Gehminuten, die Innenstadt in weniger als 5 Gehminuten und die hbf in weniger als 10 Gehminuten. Beide sind aber auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls in der Nähe sind öffentliche Orte wie Chelti, Kiessee, Wall etc.
Supermärkte wie Edeka, Aldi und Rewe sind fußläufig erreichbar
zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Sportplätze, zum Beispiel zum Basketball- oder Fußballspielen, sind gut erreichbar.
The WG is located near to city center and is therefore in an ideal location. You can reach the central campus in 10 minutes by walk and the city center in less than 5 min by walk and to the hbf by less than 10 mins my walk. However, both are also within easy walking distance. Also nearby are public places like the Chelti, Kiessee, Wall etc.
