Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 gleichen, großen Zimmern und einem kleineren.Sie liegt in 2.OG mit Dachschrägen, darüber ist noch ein Dachboden. In allen Wohnräumen ist Teppichboden verlegt, im Flur und in der Küche ein PVC-Laminat, Bad gefließt. In einem großen und dem kleinen Zimmer ist jeweils eine Wand in rot gestrichen. Wir wohnen zur Zeit als Paar in der Wohnung, sie eignet sich jedoch auch gut als WG. Die Wohnungsverwaltung ist sehr nett und macht keine Probleme mit Haustieren. Wir haben auch einen großen Hund.
Herd und Kühlschrank könnten nach Absprache übernommen werden.
Gute Busverbindung (Bushaltestelle direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite).
mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni 7 min.
zu Fuß 2min zur Leine.
