Ich suche einen/zwei Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in der Annastraße 5c. Die Wohnung hat 2 gleichgroße, große Zimmer (geschätzt ca je 12-14m²), ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Pantryküche mit Kühlschrank und einen kleinen Eingangsbereich, in dem in einer Niesche ein maßgefertigtes großes Regal steht, das Platz für sehr viel Kram bietet. Die Wohnung wurde bisher von uns als 2er WG genutzt und ist ab sofort beziehbar. Die Wohnung war stets angenehm warm, wobei wir nie geheitzt haben.
Im Haus befindet sich auch ein Waschsalon, so dass keine eigene Waschmaschiene benötigt wird.
Unter dem Haus befindet sich eine "Tiefgarage" und es gibt einige Parkplätze um das Haus herum, allerdings hatten wir kein Auto, weshalb ich zur Parkplatzsituation recht wenig sagen kann.
Die Bushaltestelle Blauer Turm ist in ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Rewe, Netto und Lidl sind ebenfalls in ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideale Lage für Studenten, da die Wohnung zwischen Nord- und Hauptcampus liegt.
Der Vermieter sucht bevorzugt Studenten.
Da wir beide bereits ausgezogen sind könntet ihr sofort einziehen.
