Auf der Suche nach neuen Mietern für unsere fantastische Wohnung ab dem 1. Mai 2019.
In Nikolausberg in der Nähe des MPI gelegen. Die Gesamtwohnfläche beträgt 110 m2 - 3 große Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und Stauraum im Innenbereich. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche (EBK) kann der neue Mieter für 750 Euro direkt von uns übernehmen. Es ist nur 3 Jahre alt.
Beide Nachbarn sind nett und ruhig. Die Hintertür des Wohnzimmers öffnet sich zu einer großen überdachten Terrasse und einem großen Garten. Es ist ruhig und friedlich. Die Wohnung wurde im Dezember 2015 komplett mit neuem Anstrich und neuen Laminatböden renoviert. Ein Schlafzimmer hat einen schönen Boden. Die Fenster sind zwecks Energieeffizienz doppelt verglast und unterdrücken Geräusche.
Wir sprechen Englisch und Spanisch. Die Vermieter sind Deutsche, sprechen aber auch Englisch. Sie sind sehr nett. Sie haben es uns als Einfamilienhaus vermietet, sind aber bereit, eine WG zuzulassen. Haustiere werden erlaubt, aber leider nicht für kleine Kinder.

Located in Nikolausberg near MPI. Total living space is 110 m2 - 3 large bedrooms, huge living room, bathroom with shower, and indoor storage space. A fully fitted kitchen (EBK) can be assumed by the new tenant directly from us for 750 euros. It's only 3 years old.
Both of the neighbors are nice and quiet. The back door from the living room opens onto a big covered patio and a large yard. It's quiet & peaceful. The apartment was renovated completely in December 2015 with new paint throughout and new laminate floors. One bedroom has beautiful flooring. The windows are double-paned for energy efficiency and block out noise.
We speak English and Spanish. The landlords are German but speak English also. They're very nice. They rented it to us as a single-family home but are willing to allow a WG. They will allow pets, but unfortunately they won't allow young children.
10 Autominuten von Göttingen und 5 Minuten vom MPI BPC entfernt. Es sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu zwei verschiedenen Bushaltestellen, und der Bus 22 fährt direkt zum MPI oder Göttingen. Das MPI ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen und auch mit dem Radweg erreichbar.
Parkplätze stehen auf der Straße kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ein kleiner Edeka-Lebensmittelladen und eine Apotheke sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Kita ist ungefähr gleich weit entfernt und eine andere Schule ist etwas weiter entfernt. Nikolausberg ist sehr ruhig mit wenig Nachtleben. Es ist ideal für Post-Docs, Gastwissenschaftler oder Studenten, die einen ruhigen Ort zum Leben und Lernen suchen. Die Nähe zum MPI ist ideal

10 minutes by car from Goettingen and 5 minutes from MPI BPC. It's less than a 5 minute walk to two different bus stops, and bus 22 goes direct to either MPI or Goettingen. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to MPI and is also accessible by bike trail.
Parking is available on the street for free. A small Edeka grocery store and Apotheke are about a 5 minute walk away. A kita is about the same distance and another school is a bit further. Nikolausberg is very quiet with minimal nightlife. It's ideal for post docs, visiting scientists, or students who want a quiet place to live and study. The proximity to MPI is ideal.
Wir können die Waschmaschine verlassen, wenn Sie es kostenlos wünschen. Es funktioniert super, aber unsere neue Wohnung hat schon eine. Haustiere haben? Du wirst diesen Ort wirklich lieben. Der Hof ist größtenteils eingezäunt und die Vermieter erlauben Haustiere. Sie erlaubten uns, zwei Katzen und einen Hund hier zu haben. Unsere Tiere lieben es hier.

We can leave the washing machine if you want it for free. It works great, but our new apartment already has one. Have pets? You're gonna really love this place. The yard is mostly fenced, and the landlords allow pets. They allowed us to have 2 cats and a dog here. Our animals love it here.
