Spacious and fully furnished house near North Campus and Klinikum in a peaceful neighbourhood

There are two rooms for renting in a shared marvelous house for three.


It has two levels, which is very conveniently made with an aim of efficiently separating part for guests and private part, in case you want to have your own peace and silence. On the first floor there are one bathroom, storage room, completely equipped and relatively new kitchen with separate sector with family refrigerator and long bar table with a set of four chairs, ideal for preparing party dinner for your guests while chatting and drinking with them. Everything that is in the kitchen stays- besides table and chairs that includes also a dish washer, fridge, two refrigerators, stove( that is five months old), oven and numerous plates, sets for dining and cooking, toaster etc- in one word, everything you will ever need.
Next comes wide living room with an instant view on the garden outside. This living room has a lot of furniture, but it still has a lot of space for times when you want to invite your friends over. There are two leather sofas, two big working tables, one in each angle of the room, where you can study and do your work. One table has new IKEA lamp that is perfect for using during late night studies. Next, there is a big plasma SAMSUNG smart tv, a fireplace and a coffee table. Garden has a grill machine and another garden set of table and chairs. On the floor below there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms( one separate and one inside of one of the bedrooms), another storage room(with iron and vacuum cleaner) and a separate room with washing machine. Both of the rooms have an exit to the outside garden and large windows. From furniture, we would like to leave everything for free expect for one bed.There is one big wardrobe, one working desk, two chairs and shelves for books and decoration.
Floor is laminate and heating is central.
