The appartment is split in 4 rooms in a large hallway that we currently use as a shared living space, with a storage place at the end of it. One big central room that can be used either as a large bedroom, or as a living room ; one middle sized room perfect for a bedroom and two smaller rooms that can be bedrooms or offices.
The kitchen furniture will be sold to the new tenants, including one big fridge with freezer, a small one, a dishwasher, sink, kitchenette and some storage for 200 euros. We may arrange further for dishes and a microwave.
The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen with a bathtub, and the toilets are separated and accessible from the hallway.
The appartment is situated at the 3rd floor, and is perfect for a WG. We are currently 4 people living in the flat, but it can also be a good fit for 3 people with the large room used as a living room, and still affordable.
The appartment is located right next to Gallus Park, with easy access to Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Action, Biomarkt and a gym, as well as gas stations.
There are some free parking lots close to the flat.
Innenstadt/city-centre is 15min walk away, and 5min bike. The closest bus stop is 3min away driving you to Nord Campus in 10minutes, and the Central Campus is less than 10min walk away.
We currently have one contract with only one person paying the rent and we arrange each other. However, it might be negotiable with the landlord.
The current tenants are interested in selling some furniture, by direct contact.
