Wir wohnen momentan noch zu zweit in der Wohnung, ziehen aber bald aus, daher wird die komplette Wohnung frei. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung für eine zweier-WG unter Menschen, die sich kennen, für ein Pärchen oder auch alleine. Die zwei Zimmer sind beide gleich groß und gespiegelt geschnitten. Die Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 14 m2 groß und zusammen mit der Küche, dem Bad und dem Flur hat die Wohnung 37 m2. Die Fenster sind groß und weil es Südfenster sind, ist es auch im Winter schön hell.
At the moment we are two people living here, but we will move out soon. The whole apartment will be empty then. We recommend you being two people, who know each other, a couple or alone. The two rooms look the same and they are the same size. They are 14 m2 big and together with the kitchen, the bathroom and the corridor the apartment measures 37 m2. Also the windows are big and they are facing the south, so even in the winter time, the apartment is very bright.
Die Wohnung in der Annastraße 5A liegt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentralcampus entfernt. Zum Klinikum sind es mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten und die nächste Bushaltestellen sind "Blauer Turm" oder "Kreuzbergring"; beide nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einmal über den Campus ist man auch schon in der Innenstadt.
In der gleichen Straße befindet sich ein Rewe und ein Lidl und der Gallus-Park ist ebenfalls sehr nah, wo noch Aldi, Edeka und ein BioMarkt zu finden sind.
From the apartment you need 2 minutes to the main campus by foot. To the hospital it is 5 minutes by bike and the nearest bus stations are "Blauer Turm" and "Kreuzbergring"; also 2 minutes by foot. Just across the campus you´ll be in the city center.
In the same street you´ll find two supermarkets (Rewe and Lidl) and the Gallus-Park is also near. There you´ll find Aldi, Edeka and the BioMarkt.
Wir bieten die Wohnung zum 01.07. oder 15.07. Wir ziehen aus, daher könnt ihr euch eine eigene neue Wohnsituation zusammenstellen! Das Gebäude gehört der GöHV, die Studierende oder Berufstätige sucht. Im Haus sind hauptsächlich junge Menschen und wenn man Initiative ergreift, kann man sich gut mit den Nachbar*innen anfreunden.
In der Wohnung gibt es keine Möglichkeit für eine Waschmaschine, aber im Haus gibt es einen Waschsalon.
Die GöHV hat vor kurzen hier einen Aufzug eingebaut. Noch ist der nicht nutzbar, so wie es aussieht, aber der ist schon fertig, also wird es nicht mehr lange dauern.
Die Miete beträgt 575 € und die Nebenkosten sind geschätzt basierend auf unseren Ausgaben. In den Nebenkosten sind Strom und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt nur eine Warmmiete (575 €), wenn ein Bürge vorhanden ist.
Wenn du hier einziehen möchtest, gehen wir mit dir zu der GöHV, die entscheidet, ob du einziehen kannst.
We offer the apartment for the 01.07. or 15.07. We are moving out so you can create a new living situation! The house belongs to the GöHV, which searches for students or professionals. In the house are mostly young people, who are open for friendships, if you approach them.
In the apartment is no possibility to install a washing machine but in the house is a launderette. The GöHV installed a lift a few weeks ago, but it´s not ready for using yet.
The rent is 575 € and the extra payments for interent and electricity are based on our experiences (46 €). The deposit is only another 575 € if you have someone (like a parent etc.) to co-sign.
If you want to take the apartment, we´ll go to the GöHV with you and they have to approve you.
