The whole apartment has very high ceilings therefore it feels quite wide and it is pretty sunny in the afternoon (Do not have to worry about the morning).
The Apartment has a total of 90 m2 consisting a Kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), a large living room and a separate bathroom and toilet (both with windows).
Right now, Ali would be living in the first room while he looks for an apartment to move to, so the second and third rooms would be available.
Ali, he is already a habitué, as he was here for his Master's and always knows the coolest corners of the city. He is doing his doctorate in computer science, likes to play the guitar, is often outdoors and loves to cook.
Die ganze Wohnung hat sehr hohe Decken daher fühlt es sich ziemlich breit und es ist ziemlich sonnig am Nachmittag (Sie müssen nicht über den Morgen zu kümmern).
Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 90 m2, bestehend aus einer Küche (einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine), ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein separates Bad und WC (beide mit Fenster).
Im Moment würde Ali im ersten Zimmer wohnen, während er nach einer Wohnung sucht, um umzuziehen, so dass das zweite und dritte Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen würde.
Ali ist schon ein Gewohnheitstier, denn er hat hier seinen Master gemacht und kennt immer die coolsten Ecken der Stadt. Er promoviert in Informatik, spielt gerne Gitarre, ist oft draußen unterwegs und kocht gerne.
Everything is very easy to reach from the apartment : City center is 15-minutes walk passing through the the central campus. The North Campus and UMG are also easily accessible by bike or walking. A bus stop is right next to the front door and it is also easy to walk to the train station (15-20 min). There are different supermarkets nearby (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Biomarkt..) and a gym 3 minutes walking.
Von der Wohnung aus ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen: Das Stadtzentrum ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, vorbei am Zentralcampus. Der Nordcampus und die UMG sind auch leicht mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und der Bahnhof ist auch leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen (15-20 Minuten). In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Biomarkt...) und ein Fitnessstudio (3 Minuten zu Fuß).
The price includes everything (electricity/water/wifi/..) and there is enough space at the cellar to storage stuff. Finally there is a bicycle cellar in the back part of the building.

IIm Preis ist alles inbegriffen (Strom/Wasser/Wifi/..) und es gibt genug Platz im Keller, um Sachen zu lagern. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes.
