My name is José Ángel, I am looking for a potential tenant for my room during 3 months that I will be outside Göttingen, from November to January. It will be a sublet, so I'll still be the main tenant of the apartment and I'll provide you a sublet contract and the Wohnunsgeberbstatigung.
The room is big and comfortable, kitchen is equipped, and the apartment is shared with Andrés in another room. We both speak Spanish and English. We are looking for a person who can keep order, calm and easy to get along with. We usually share some time together in the kitchen, but there is no obligation at all. Andrés brings sometimes his dog during few days, so please consider the dog might come for some time. It is a very nice and well educated dog, so it is not a problem for co-living.
We are both working, so we would like to find someone doing an internship, working or with similar time schedules.
Please consider the room is only for 1 person and only for the time I'll be outside. Caution will be 350€ to be paid at the move-in.
The apartment is located in the eastern part of the city, really close to the Sportzentrum and 5 min by bike to the Central Campus. There are some services nearby and the closest supermarket is the Frischmarkt from Edeka. The apartment is close to Waldweg, where there are bus stops for different lines.
The cost includes everything: internet, heating, gas for the kitchen and cold rent (with water and electricity). The person who takes the room would pay the rent to me, not directly to the landlady. I would provide the confirmation of subrenting and the necessary documents. Caution is 1 month of cold rent (360 €).
