Hallo ihr Lieben,
wir drei Mädels müssen schweren Herzens unsere dreier WG aufgeben, weil wir nun mit unserem Studium durch sind.
Es handelt sich um eine schöne große Wohnung mit Balkon. Es sind drei Zimmer mit 25, 23, und 20 m2. Dann gibt es noch eine Wohnküche (die Küche gehört dazu), ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine separate Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es ausreichen Stauraum. Auf dem Dachboden ist noch ein Extrazimmer, was zu der Wohnung gehört und ein Kellerraum. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, ist aber trotzdem relativ zentral. Die Uni ist schnell erreichbar und auch notwenige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit. Wir haben jeder max. rund 315 euro einschließlich aller Nebenkosten bezahlt.
Die Wohnung eignet sich super als Studentenwg.
