ab sofort ist unsere 3 Zimmer Wohnung am südlichen Rand des Ostviertels frei.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und misst insgesamt 70qm. Sie eignet sich daher für ein Pärchen oder eine 2er WG. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Sicht in den Garten.
Im Flur liegt Laminat. Im Wohnzimmer und in den zwei übrigen Zimmern sind Dielen verlegt.
Eine neue (noch verpackte) Küche haben wir auch noch im Angebot und kann abgekauft werden.
Ein großer Stellplatz kann für 20 Euro im Monat dazu gemietet werden.
Am Sonntag den 10.06.2012 von 14-18 Uhr gibt es einen Gesamtbesichtigungstermin. Kurze Anmeldung per Mail reicht aus.
