Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Kellerabteil, weiterhin bestehen die Möglichkeit zur Benutzung der Waschküche sowie des Gartens. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 750 € zzgl. Betriebskosten von 80 €, Strom ca. 30 €, Gas ca. 80 € und Internet/TV. Auf Wunsch können Küchenmöbel, Gasherd und Spülmaschine sowie weitere Möbel vom Vormieter übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Ostviertel.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig erreichbar, Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar in wenigen Minuten.
Zuletzt wohnten wir als dreier-Mädels-Wg dort.
Prinzipiell wäre die wohnung auch zu viert bewohnbar.
