Hi! Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. 70qm, 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. In Wohn- und Schlafzimmer liegt Dielenboden, im Kinderzimmer Laminat, im Rest der Wohnung Fliesen. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen schnuckeligen Garten, der zur Hälfte mit zur Wohnung gehört. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum und ein Anschlussplatz für die Waschmaschine im Waschkeller.
Die Wohnung liegt oben am Klausberg im Ostviertel. Ruhige Lage, direkt am Wald, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem gibt es fußläufig einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Zu Fuß ist man in 20-30min in der Stadt.
Im Haus wohnen ansonsten nur Studenten, es ist aber keine Partyhochburg! :)
