Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2.OG in der Südstadt.
In direkter Nähe befindet sich Plus, ein Bäcker und eine Tankstelle für nächtliche Einkäufe. Zu Fuß geht man ca. 10 min. in die Innenstadt und ca. 5 Minuten zum Kiessee.
Die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet. Das kleinste Zimmer verfügt über ca. 11 qm, das mittlere hat ca. 15 qm und das größte ca. 21 qm (wovon der Balkon abgeht).
Die Küche hat ca. 9 qm und ist mit Herd und Spüle ausgestattet. In der Küche befindet sich außerdem noch ein Einbauschrank (ein weiterer ist auf dem Flur).
Zu den Nebenkosten kommen noch Strom und evtl. KabelTV-Gebühren (man kann aber auch eine Satellitenschüssel anbringen).
