2 rooms available in 4-room apartment in Südstadt

As we are leaving Goettingen, we are sad to move out from our lovely apartment. The apartment is ~100 sm, consisting of 4 separate rooms, one common room (kitchen-living room) and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine) and is located in the common room, where you can find a sofa and a dining table. Two rooms out of four are available (almost same size ~15-6 sm). Your flatmates will be a female and a male, both working on their phD. The atmosphere is really friendly and privacy is well-respected.
There is a basement with private storage place, and bicycle parking space.

Rooms
Rent for each room: app. 280€ including all costs (heating, electricity, internet)
Room1: This room has one window and is furnished. The furniture (bed with mattress, desk, sofa, regal, wardrobe) can be handed over.
Room2: This room has 2 windows and is unfurnished.

Location
The apartment is located 2min away from two different bus stops to city center and Central Campus, and 8-10 min away to bus stops to North Campus and MPI-bpc. You can reach city center within 10 min walking. Nearby there is a bakery, kiosks as well as restaurants.

Miscellaneous
Moving dates are negotiable. We would appreciate it if you could send some information about you. Viewing appointments can be arranged mainly during the weekend. :)
