Aufgrund meines Umzugs ins Ausland ist meine schöne Wohnung zu vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Auf 43qm bietet die Wohnung ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, einen Eingangsraum, eine Speisekammer/Abstellraum und ein Badezimmer. Große Fenster auf der Süd- und Westseite sorgen für viel Licht und gute Luft, das ganze Jahr über. Die Fenster blicken in den Garten und die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Waschmaschine im Keller für und einen schönen kleinen Hinterhof zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-tauglich.
Die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 520 Euro, exklusive Strom. Die Kaution beträgt 800 Euro.
Da ich ins Ausland ziehe, habe ich mehrere Möbel in sehr gutem Zustand abzugeben. Meine Wohnung ist ein Nichtraucherhaushalt und ich habe keine Haustiere.
Wenn Du Interesse an der Wohnung hast, dann schreibe mir bitte bis zum 10. März eine Nachricht mit ein paar Angabe zu deiner Person. Eine persönliche Besichtigung der Wohnung (jeweils nur 1 Person mit OP-Maske/FFP2) ist erst nach der ersten virtuellen Besichtigung über Zoom/Skype/Google meet möglich.

Due to my move abroad, my beautiful flat is for rent. The flat is located on the second floor of an apartment building. On 43sqm the flat offers a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, an entrance room, a pantry/storage room and a bathroom. Large windows on the south and west side provide plenty of light and good air, all year round. The windows look out onto the garden and the flat is very quiet. The building has a washing machine in the basement for and a nice little backyard for communal use.
The flat is not suitable for a WG.
The monthly warm rent is 520 euros, excluding electricity. The safety deposit is 800 euros.
As I am moving abroad, I want to offer some furniture in very good condition. My flat is a non-smoking household and I have no pets.
If you are interested in renting the flat, please write me a message until March 10th with some information about yourself. A personal viewing of the flat (only 1 person at a time with OP mask/FFP2) is only possible after the first virtual viewing via Zoom/Skype/Google meet.
