This apartment is perfect for single people or a couple. It could perhaps be used as a WG, as it is being used now.
As we are moving out at the end of February, we are looking for someone new to rent the apartment.
At the moment the apartment is fully furbished, with 2 rooms (bedroom and living room), hallway, built in kitchen (which will stay free of charge) and also a very modern bathroom with shower.
The apartment will, however, be given to the new renter only partly furnished with: Fridge, bookshelf, lamps etc.). The costs and which pieces are left can be discussed upon viewing.

The apartment is very close to the north campus of the University of Goettingen, as well as the Max Plank Institut. It is also very close to many shopping/ convenience stors such as supermarkets, doctors, hospital, pharmacies, swimming pool, parks etc) and has a great bus connection.
Within 2 minutes by foot you will find the bus stop which takes you directly to the town centre, Bovenden, or even the train station in just a few minutes.
