The house is old but still in good condition, and owned by a private owner. The apartment has three small rooms and a large living room, but one of the small rooms is upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom are big and spacious. It is also suitable for sharing (or wg). The neighbours are very friendly. The warm rent is including central heating and water, but electricity and internet are separate as usual. University, super-markets (ALDI/REAL/TEGUT) and bus stops are at a distance of 10-15 minutes walk. The apartment is fully furnished, and partly belong to the owner. The furnitures are in good condition and can be taken over at 500 euro (including a very good conditioned double bed, a brand new fridge, a new flat TV, new pvc floor in the kitchen) .
