Die Wohnung ist in einem Gebäudekomplex und hat auf 43 m² eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen Abstellraum. Sie wurde vor 4 Jahren neu gebaut, ist ruhig und hell. Es gibt gemeinsame Waschmaschinen und Trockner für das ganze Haus. Die Wohnung ist entweder für eine Einzelperson oder für ein Pärchen.
Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten für Auto und Fahrradabstellplätze.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten nördliche des Stadtzentrums, hat Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Haustür und ist sehr nahe bei der Universität, bei der Universitätsklinik und beim Max Plank Institut für experimentelle Medizin. Daher ist sie ideal für Studenten.
Supermärkte und Bäckerein sind auch direkt daneben.
Ich habe 4 Jahre in dieser Wohnung gelebt und suche nun einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung wird von der Immo-Hyp Hausverwaltung vermietet und daher werden Miete und Kaution an die Immo-Hyp gezahlt.
