Hey guys!
I will be leaving Goettingen to relocate back to the UK. I offer you my very charming, spacious and cosy apartment to rent from 1/3/2018. The apartment is located on the 2rd floor of the building and consists of a large living room, separate kitchen, 2 small hallways, 1 bedroom, bathroom and a very large loft space! The utility room and patio (ground floor) are shared between 2 other apartments located in the same building. Additionally, a locked bike storage room (key included) is located opposite of the building.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a hob (4 elements), fan extractor (built in) and oven. There are plenty of cupboards and storage space! The bathroom is equipped with shower and space to connect up a washing machine (not provided). There is additional storage space in both hallways. The loft is almost the size of entire apartment with plenty of storage space!
The apartment is located in Weende and a very close distance to Real/Audi (3-5 mins bike ride), the North University campus and the University hospital (5-10 mins bike ride) and 10-15 mins bike ride to the Central campus. Bus stops are located within close walking distance. The Thiele bakery factory is located very close to the apartment. The smell of fresh bread is extremely satisfying when travelling back after a night out!
PLEASE NOTE:
The rental/deposit costs displayed here are NOT THE EXACT fixed costs. I expected the total rent (+ utility bills) will be around 420-450 Eur/month. I will of course update the correct amount immediately once the housing agency provides me this exact information! Please also note electricity and internet bills are not included in the rent.
I AM ONLY SEARCHING for a new tenant who is willing to buy my current furniture (740 Eur fixed). No exceptions please! This includes the following:
Living room: Dining table + (x3) chairs, sofabed [+4 pillows], desk + chair, (x4) tables, wall shelf, stool, bookshelf and carpet.
Bedroom: Single bed (+ mattress), bedside cabinet, wardrobe (damage), shelf, small carpet, small table.
Bathroom: Storage box, carpets.
Hallways: Vacuum cleaner, (x2) shoeracks.
Kitchen: Fan extractor (built into kitchen), kettle, cutlery (forks/knives/spoons), cutlery tray, (x4) bowls, (x4) plates, (x2) plates, (x2) large bowls, pan, (x2) stoneware stockpots, (x2) roasting trays, (x3) buckets.
