Gemütliches Zimmer/Appartment zur Zwischenmiete (Subrenting room)

Aufgrund einer Auslandsreise vermiete ich mein gemütliches 1-Zimmer-Appartment vom ~20.7.2019 - ~10.9.2019. Es liegt direkt gegenüber dem Uni-Klinikum. Nord-Uni ist in weniger als 5 min zu erreichen, Zentral-Campus ca. 10 min entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Pantryküche, geräumigen Bad, Flur mit Einbauschrank und Terasse ins Grüne. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig (Fenster Richtung Grünes) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (tegut, dm, Apotheke, Burger King etc.) direkt um die Ecke. Möbel bleiben wärend Zwischenmiete selbstverständlich drin und stehen zur freien Verfügung. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Keller. Gerne suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in der/die Freude an Pflanzen hat, da ich zahlreiche im Zimmer und auf der Terasse habe. Freue mich auf Anfragen!

Due to a trip abroad, I would like to subrent my cozy 1-room apartment from ~ 20.7.2019 - ~ 10.9.2019. It is located directly opposite the University Hospital. It is less than 5 minutes away from North Campus and 10 minutes to Central Campus.
The room is equipped with a small kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a hallway with built-in wardrobe and a nice terrace. The apartment is quiet (window direction towards green area) with shops (tegut, dm, pharmacy, burger king, etc.) just around the corner. Of course, the furniture will remain in the room during the subrenting period and can be used free of charge. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement. If you like plants it is the perfect place for you, since I have many in the room and on the terrace. Looking forward to your inquiries!
