A three-room appartment in quiet Weende

The biggest advantage is that here is a really quiet district because there are mainly villas nearby. Bus 31/32, as well as N2 are available by only 3 minutes walk, and 9 min for bus 62. It is convenient to buy your living materials as Nahkauf and Backerei are located near the building and you only need 2 minutes to walk there. Also you can get access to Real by bus. There are doctors nearby and one could speak English well.
It takes you about 15 minutes to get to central campus by bus 31/32 or N2. For Nord campus, it would take 10 minutes by bike or 25 minutes on foot.
The apartment includes three room, a balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom(toilet), a small storage room, an entrance space and a storage room in basement. In the kitchen, there are baking oven and induction oven and fridge of course. You can wash clothes by using the washing machine in baseroom,
About price, you should pay 700EUR per month to landlord, which is including anything but except electricity and internet connection. Currently we pay another about 80 EUR for electricity and internet. You might take over the electricity contract of us.
We would discard some simple furniture and if you need some of them we can just give you.
The landlord is a kind old man and he and his wife are not living in Goettingen. They usually don’t appear. However, there is no problem that they provide you with the certificate for Anmelden/registration in city hall. Also, with your contract with landlord, you can extend your visa.

The time for moving in could be negotiated. Two rooms would be available since middle of September. The other room could be taken over in early October.
