We are looking for someone to rent our 2 bedroom + living room flat. The building has a lot of families, so it will be a great option for someone that wants a quiet place or has kids. A move in date in October might be possible with notice
Our current rent is about 850/month for 2 people, and we are not sure if this will increase. We pay about 980/month with electricity, internet, and the tv fee.
It is right next to the hospitals and north campus (Geology building is across the street). It is easy access to Fassberg and any parts of the city by public transit (21,22,23,41,42,91,92). Grocery stores and shops are a 10 minute walk from here. The center campus is also close by bike or bus.
One of the bedrooms will come entirely furnished, since I am moving to the USA. We also want to sell most of the common area stuff.
