Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung, Küche, Bad mit Badewanne
der Flur wird durch die Größe bei uns als viertes Zimmer, als Esszimmer genutzt. Es gibt eine Speisekammer/Abstellkammer. Der Keller ist leider etwas Feucht, aber ich habe ihn mit Paletten ausgelegt, somit kann er gut genutzt werden. Die Wohnung kann allein bewohnt werden, ist aber auch WG geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die besten die ich je hatte.
We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful 3 Room Apt, Kitchen and Bath with Bathtub. The Hall is big and is used as a fourth room, as a dining room currently, also the flat has a pantry. sadly the cellar is damp, but i covered the floor with pallets, so you are able to store stuff there. You can live here alone, but also with roommates, the landlady is very nice.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Altdorf von Weende, in zweiter Reihe. In der direkten Umgebung ist eine Bushaltestelle, man erreicht das Zentrum problemlos, auch die Linie 33 ist in der Nähe, mit der man in Westen und Osten der Stadt kommt. Freibad und Sportplätze sind 5 Minuten entfernt, und praktische hinter dem Haus ist der wunderschöne Klosterpark, in dem man auch Grillen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind durch Aldi und Getränke Quelle sowie dem Einkaufszentrum an der Lutter gegeben.
Zur Norduni kommt man mit dem Fahrrad in unter 10 minuten.
The flat is in the quiet historical part of Weende in second Row. in the direct Proximity there is a Bus stop taking you to the city center, you can also use Line 33 to go to the West and East part of Town. the Public pool and sporting field is 5 minutes away by foot, and basically behind the house is the beautiful Klosterpark where you can also BBQ. For grocery shopping there is Aldi and Getränke Quelle, and also the Mall at the Lutter. With a Bike you are at the Nord Uni in under 10 minutes.
