Zwei Räume und die Küche sind durch offene Balkenkonstruktionen statt Wänden verbunden > viel Licht. Vogelgezwitscher und nette Nachbarn jeden Alters. Gemütliche helle Wohnküche. 1 Zimmer separat als Kinderzimmer oder Schlafraum nutzbar. Heizkosten (Gas) bei sparsamer Nutzung ca. 80 Eu und Strom ca. 40 Eu/Monat=120 Eu sonstige Kosten. Alte Schulden und Einkommen sollten vor Einzug geklärt sein.
Der Hauptbahnhof liegt nur 1 km entfernt. Eine gute Busverbindung gibt es fast vor der Haustür. EInkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke und am Bahnhof. Südbad (Freibad) ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Innenstadt liegt zu Fuß 25 Min entfernt.
