Hallo,
wir suchen zum 1. Juli einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage (Loitzer Landstraße).
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 5 Min. in die Innenstadt und zu Fuß 5-10 Min. zum Bahnhof.
Die Wohnung ist rund 50 qm groß, schön hell und nach hinten raus ins Grüne gelegen, daher total ruhig. Trotzdem ist man wirklich schnell in der Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Netto) sind direkt um die Ecke. Sie ist nicht WG-geeignet, da ein Durchgangszimmer dabei ist. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Einbauküche, außerdem gehört noch ein eigener Kellerraum dazu. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne und Fenster. Einige Möbel und Lampen können bei Interesse günstig übernommen werden.
Diese schöne Wohnung kostet 330 Euro + Gas, Wasser und Strom (bei uns z.Zt. ca. 100 Euro, wir haben aber bisher immer was zurück bekommen). Die Wohnung wird privat vermietet, daher fällt keine Provision o.ä. an.
