Hallo! Ich ziehe mit meiner Freundin zusammen, suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in).
Die Wohnung liegt in Makarenkostr. gegenüber Hörsaal Kiste. Das Haus ist schon 1994 vollständig saniert, die Wohnung 2007 wurde vollständig renoviert.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, wie Penny, REWE, Bäcker, Rossmann sind unmittelbar nähe.
Bushaltestelle ist ca. 30Meter vom Haustür. Mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni-Bibliothek ca. 3-5Min, Uni-Klinikum auch so 3-4Min, Neu-Campus 5Min, in die Innenstadt ca. 10-15Min mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung ist noch im guten Zustand, hat drei Zimmer, ein Bad, eine große Küche und Bakon. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich einen Keller(Trocken).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett. Meisten Nachbar sind Renter oder Studenten.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt gerade ca. 180€, also weniger als 3,20€ pro qm. Warmmiete gerade beträgt ca. 335€.
Ich lasse noch einige Möbel und E-Geräte in der Wohnung, wie Waschmaschine, Küche(nicht vollständig), Couch, Schreibtisch usw.
Die Wohnung ist ab 1. 7. frei.
