meine schöne helle Dachgeschosswohnung in der Fleischervorstadt wird zum 01.05 frei. Die Wohnung ist mit dunklen Balken ausgestattet und großen Fenstern, sodass viel Tageslicht vorhanden ist und man Strom spart.
Das eine Zimmer ist ungefähr 14 qm groß, besitzt 2 Fenster und ist mit hellem Laminat ausgestattet, das andere ist 12 qm groß, besitzt einen Teppichboden und ein großes Fenster.
Die Küche enthält eine Einbauküche und das Bad ist ein schönes, großes, geräumiges Bad mit Dusche und einem Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Mit allem drum und dran kostet die Wohnung 500 Euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Fleischervorstadt. Es sind ungefähr 10min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, in die Innenstadt und zum alten Campus braucht man 5min. Der neue Campus, sowie die Bibliothek sind mit dem Fahrrad in 8min zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Aldi, Rewe) sind auch in der Nähe, 5 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Apotheke, Ärzte sind auch direkt um die Ecke.
