Hey, ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon zum Innenhof auf der Südseite.
Die Wohnung ist schön groß und hell und hat zusätzlich einen großen Keller.
Zur Zeit stehen noch ein paar Möbel in der Wohnug die ich dir gern da lasse - darunter ein Esstisch, ein Sofa und ein paar Wandregale. Auch die Küche mit dem Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschiene im Bad würde ich dir gerne gegen eine kleine Ablöse dort lassen. (Küche, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschiene habe ich vor zwei jahren gekauft, sind also noch so gut wie neu)
Küchenzeile: 600 Euro
Kühlschrank: 100 Euro
Waschmaschine: 200 Euro
Verfügbar ist die Wohnung theoretisch ab sofort.

Die Lage der Wohnug ist wirklich super. In ein paar Minuten bist du bei dem Supermarkt deinerr Wahl (Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Aldi) und mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min am Uniklinikum. Der Weg in die Stadt oder zum Bahnhof dauert auch nur ca 15 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Außerdem hast du einen Park sowie dass Freizeitbad in nächster Nähe. Für einen Ausflug ins Strandbad Eldena (12min), zur Klosterruine (11min) oder einfach zum spazieren im Elisenhain (7min) ist es auch nicht weit.
