Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen Hunnenstraße, dicht an der Langen Straße und damit sehr zentral. Zu erwähnen ist der große Balkon mit Flügeltüren sowie Blick auf den Dom, Parkett in Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer - und, dass die Ausstattung, insbesondere das Bad mit Wanne, neuwertig ist. Bedingung ist die Übernahme der Einbauküche für ca. 900 € inklusive Herd und Ofen sowie Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Bei Bedarf ist auch gerne weiteres Mobiliar verfügbar. Es wird KEINE Provision fällig; Parken ist auf dem Innenhof sowie mit Anwohnerparkkarte möglich. Bei Bedarf kann eventuell auch früher als ab 1.9. vermietet werden.
Innenstadt- oder Altstadtlage mit 3 min Fußweg zu diversen Fakuläten, Innenstadt und Einkaufmöglichkeiten, 5 min Fußweg zum Hauptbahnof und Busbahnhof.
