Hallo,
da ich ab Mitte Oktober fertig mit meinem Studium bin, sucht meine Wohnung nun einen Nachmieter. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und wohnen in der Nachbarwohnung. Parties waren trotzdem nie ein Problem. Ansonsten ist das Haus relativ ruhig. Ich hab hier sowohl alleine, als auch mit meinem Freund gewohnt. Beides war super. ;)
Zur Wohnung:
insgesamt ca. 42m2
zwei Zimmer
seperate Küche (die Möbel der Küche bleiben auch drin)
Fensterbad mit Wanne
großartiger Sonnenbalkon
einen Keller für's Radl
einen Trockenboden für die Wäsche
380€ plus Nebenkosten (die sich aber völlig im Rahmen halten).

Die Wohnung ist zwischen Innenstadt und neuem Campus gelegen. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Ich ziehe irgendwann zwischen dem 10.10. und 31.10.2014 aus.
