Wir (tierfreier Nichtraucherhaushalt) suchen Nachmieter zum Mai 2018 für unsere ruhige Wohnung im EG der Hans-Beimler-Str. 37. Die Miete beträgt 500€ warm (360€ + 140€ NK).
Die Wohnung besitzt 3 Zimmer, eine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Wanne und Fenster. Die drei Wohnräume (2x ca. 14qm², 1x ca. 9qm²) eignen sich auch für WGs, da alle Zimmer durch den Flur begehbar sind. Weiter besitzt die Wohnung einen Balkon, ein Kellerabteil und gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Trockenraum für die Wäsche.
Die Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2016 komplett weiß gemalert und neu mit Laminat ausgelegt. Der gesamte Hausaufgang wurde dieses Jahr umfangreich renoviert.
In unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Min. zu Fuß) befinden sich REWE, Penny, das Möwencenter, das DLZ sowie Kindergärten, Spielplätze und Bushaltestellen.
