ich suche zum 1.4.2012 einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Raum-Wohnung im Ostseeviertel, da ich wegziehe. Sie ist 45 m² groß und liegt im Dachgeschoss (2. Stock). Es ist eine Küchenzeile enthalten, die kostenlos übernommen werden sollte, da ich keine Zeit habe Sie rauszumachen. Es müsste auch selbst tapeziert werden, dafür können eventuell einige meiner Möbel übernommen werden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 370 € und ihr findet immer einen Parkplatz. Außerdem ist es schön ruhig und mit dem Rad ist man in 8 min der Stadt! Bei Interesse bitte melden!
