From August on our completely renovated apartment in the Petrus Driessenstraat at the Korrewegwijk will be available for rent. It is a "Hoek" apartment located next to a park and very close to the universities, the UMCG, the city center, the Noorderplantsoen and shopping facilities. The apartment has been completely renovated.
As seen on the pictures, the apartment is full of natural light and has a small beautiful garden with a bike shed, which is accessible separately. There is a smaller room through which the garden may be accesses, which can be used as a walk-in closet or an office. There are two bedrooms and a very big living room with an open kitchen. Moreover, there is lots of storage space in the apartment. The bathroom has a big rainforest shower, mosaik floor and new appliances installed.
The rent is excluding service cost (gas, water, electricity) and gemeente belastingen. This must be organised by the tenants. This however may also be organised and administrated by the landlord and paid by the tenants.
We do not discriminate on any kind of tenant. The apartment is suitable for students as well as a couple or even a small family. Smoking is absolutely prohibited. We are looking for clean and responsible tenant. In case students are interested we require a guarantuee signed by the parents.
