Apartment
I'm going to travel for about a month and need somebody to take care of the plants ;)
So I thought it might help somebody to live in the apartment while I'm gone. The rent is normally much higher, so you'll get quite a good deal for watering my plants once or twice a week :D
The apartment is near the train station "Groningen Europapark", which is quite a new housing which gives it its very own vibe; new houses, reclaimed industry and peaceful canals all come together. There is a big (and usually very calm) Jumbo supermarket just around the corner, which will fill all your dietary needs. The city center is about 10 min by bike, and of course you can use my bike for the time.
The house itself is very quiet (or at least the walls are so thick that I usually can't hear my neighbors). There is a nice small balcony that has sun in the mornings, which is very nice for weekend breakfasts. The apartment is fully furnished so you don't need to bring anything except maybe your own toothbrush ;)
