Wir bieten unsere Wohnung von Mai bis Oktober zur Zwischenvermietung an.
Die Wohung ist ca. 80m² groß, allerdings nutzen wir einen Raum als Lager für unsere privaten Dinge, so dass ca. 65m² als Nutzfläche verbleiben.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen kleiner Wintergarten.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, allerdings ohne Bett und Kleiderschrank.
Im Wohnzimmer stehen 2 Schlafsofas zur Verfügung.
Die Nutzung des Gartens ist nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer (Wohnt mit im Haus) möglich.
Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist vorhanden.
Ruhige Lage.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, ca. 10 Minuten zur Autobahn.
Innenstadt zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Eigentümer wohnt mit im Haus.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Keine Partys erwünscht.
