Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, bis zum Großen REWE- Makrt sind es 3-5 min zu Fuß.
wenn man möchte kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr im September renoviert, bis auf zwwei Zimmer!
Im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer wurde letztes Jahr auch neu Laminat verlegt.
Küche kann nach Bedarf drin bleiben.
Waschmachienenanschluss im Keller und im Badezimmer vorhanden.
Wer Lust hat und dringend eine Wohnung sucht, soll sich doch so schnell es geht bei mir melden.
Ich könnte ab 15.05.2010 raus.
