Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine super zentral gelegene Wohnung in Halle.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Bad (ohne Fenster) mit Dusche, einem Wohn- und Schlafbereich und einer separaten Küche.
Die Einbauküche (mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle) könnte ich dir für etwa 200 € überlassen.
Außerdem würde ich die Anbauwand und meinen Kleiderschrank kostenlos abgeben.
Ich würde schon Mitte Februar ausziehen wollen (in der Woche vom 17.2. -23.02., sodass die Wohnung ab dann schon bewohnbar wäre.
Bis zum Marktplatz sind es nur 4 Gehminuten und bis zum Hauptbahnhof etwa 15 min.
Folgende straßenbahn Haltestellen sind in der Nähe: Marktplatz (4-5 Gehminuten), Leipziger Turm und Franckeplatz (jeweils etwa 8 min zu Fuß entfernt).
Da die Wohnung so zentral liegt sind auch sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Boulevard mit H&M, Rewe City etc. ist gleich die Parallelsteaße), außerdem sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten bis zu sämtlichen Cafés, Theatern, Diskotheken etc.
